Urkizahar organic txakoli wine is produced in Beizama, in south facing vineyards located at an altitude of 350-450 meters over the Ibai-Eder reservoir. This fact gives it the distinction of being the highest altitude vineyard in the Getariako Txakolina designation of origin.
Variety: Hondarribi Zuri.
Preparation: Traditional techniques are used in accordance with the tenets of organic farming.
